1. Chop off the butts of the bok choy

2. Bring a pot of water to boil and add one teaspoon of salt

3. Blanch the bok choy for 1-2 minutes in the boiling water

4. Take the bok choy out and submerge in cold water

5. Take the bok choy out of the cold water and squeeze out the excess water

6. Make the sauce using the following ingredients:

7. Mix the bok choy with the sauce

8. Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds on top and enjoy!

Notes

For the freshest, crunchiest result use bok choy you’ve just bought. The leaf part will become too soft and soggy if the bok choy is left for a few days.
